- Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://shraddhainn.com/ and your stay at Shraddha Inn, Shirdi (“Hotel”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Booking Policy
2.1 Reservation Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment and confirmation from the hotel.
2.2 Guest Information
- Guests must provide accurate details at the time of booking.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings with incorrect or incomplete information.
- Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 14:00
- Check-out time:11:00
- 3.1 Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
- Subject to availability
- May incur additional charges
3.2 ID Requirements
- All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, etc.). Pan card not accepted.
- As per government regulations, guest details may be recorded and shared with authorities if required.
- Tariffs & Payments
- Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
- Payments can be made via:
- Online payment gateway
- UPI / bank transfer
- Cash (as per applicable laws)
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies vary depending on booking type and rate plan.
- Standard cancellation terms (if not otherwise specified):
- Free cancellation up to 48hrs before check-in
- Cancellation within this period may attract charges under 48hrs
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [7–10 working days].
- No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a “No-Show”.
- Full booking amount will be charged.
- Hotel Rules & Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow hotel policies:
- No illegal activities or prohibited substances
- No damage to hotel property
- Noise levels must be kept reasonable
- Outside visitors may be restricted or require approval
- Pets not allowed
- Arms and Ammunitions not allowed
👉 The hotel reserves the right to:
- Refuse service
- Evict guests without refund for their misconduct
- Damage & Liability
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay.
- The cost of repair/replacement will be charged accordingly.
- Child Policy
- Children below 5 year old may stay free (without extra bed).
- Children above 6 to 11 will be charged 800++ (without extra bed).
- Extra bed charges apply as per hotel policy.
- Pets Policy
- Pets are not allowed
- Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Technical failures
- Website Use
- Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
- Content on the website is the property of Shraddha Inn and may not be copied without permission.
- Limitation of Liability
- The hotel is not responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Delays or interruptions beyond control
- Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Shirdi / Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
- Amendments
Shraddha Inn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
